Who is responsible

What we collect
The details you give us: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, order history and your research-use declaration. We also collect standard technical data such as device type and pages visited, and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. We do not ask for or store any health information.
How we use it
To fulfil and deliver orders, take payment, keep a record of your research-use declaration, provide support, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations, and, with your consent, to send product and order updates.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to serve you: our payment processor, our courier (DPD), our hosting and email providers, and, with your consent, analytics and advertising services. We never sell personal data.
Your rights (GDPR)
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict processing, at any time. Email support@bodypharmeu.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your local supervisory authority.
Retention and security
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it.
