Cold-chain packaging
Every order ships in insulated packaging with a cooling element and a temperature indicator, keeping the products between 2 and 8 °C in transit. Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) on a business day are dispatched the same day.
Delivery times and cost
We ship with DPD, tracked door to door. Delivery takes 3–5 business days to every country we serve, except Portugal and Czechia, where standard delivery arrives in 2–5 business days. Standard shipping is a flat €15, with two exceptions: delivery to Portugal is free (€10 for express) and delivery within Czechia is free (80 Kč for express). Express delivery is offered in Portugal and Czechia only and arrives in 1–2 business days. The exact cost for your address is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium and Latvia.
On arrival
Store the products refrigerated at 2–8 °C as soon as they arrive. If anything arrives damaged, contact support within 14 days with photos and we will replace it free of charge.
