Returns & refunds
30-day returns on unopened products
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Damaged or faulty products
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, we replace it free of charge, or refund it if you prefer. Send us photos or a short video showing the problem within 14 days of delivery so we can confirm it and dispatch the replacement.
How to start a return
Email support@bodypharmeu.com with your order number and the products you want to return. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Return shipping for unopened products is paid by the customer; for damaged or faulty products we cover it.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned product reaching us. Orders that received a multi-buy discount are refunded proportionally: if a return takes the order below a discount tier, the discount is recalculated on the products you keep.
