Who we are
This website is operated by Body Pharm EU, Václavské nám. 1/841/3, 110 00 Praha 1 – Nové Město, Czech Republic (support@bodypharmeu.com). These terms apply to every order placed on body-pharm.eu.
Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not medicines, food, food supplements or cosmetics. Our research use only policy forms part of these terms.
Eligibility and declaration
You must be 18 or older and must complete our research-use declaration before your first order, and confirm it again at checkout for every order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give is accurate, that you are acquiring the products for laboratory research only, and that you will handle, store and dispose of them safely and lawfully. We may refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund, where we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.
Product information
Product pages identify each research material: compound, declared quantity, format, identity data and the batch Certificate of Analysis. They contain no instructions for use and make no claim about any effect in humans or animals. We publish no customer reviews or testimonials.
Ordering and pricing
Prices are shown in your market's currency and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. Multi-buy discounts (10% from 5 pens, 15% from 10 pens) are applied automatically and are not combined with other promotions. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as described in our returns policy. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and integrity reasons, except where they are faulty.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
Limitation of liability
You are responsible for using the products only for lawful laboratory research. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Body Pharm EU is not liable for any loss arising from use of the products contrary to these terms or to our research use only policy, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
